Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Description:

Provide direct ABA therapy to children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Be able to effectively manage a flexible schedule while providing services in both office, home and community settings. Provide education and support for families of children with autism. Work effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Demonstrate excellent time management, communication skills and work collaboratively with other members of the team and supervisors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in special education, early childhood education, speech/language disorders, psychology or related field preferred. RBT certification preferred. Experience working with children on autism spectrum preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Other Requirements:

Have means of transportation, license to drive and proof of valid insurance.
